Our concept is inspired by the renowned dining and “sleeper” train cars that originated in the 1860s and reached their heyday in the Roaring ’20s. The original Pullman legacy was one of exceptional luxury, legendary service, and the fight for equal rights -- and we carry on those traditions to this day.
As a nod to this era, we’re located in historic Cummins Station, originally built as a modern transit warehouse in 1906 to give Nashville merchants access to a national commerce landscape. The famed Pullman trains made it all possible.
Today's Pullman Standard once again serves as a hub, connecting patrons from all over with Nashville’s unique culture through craft cocktails and culinary experiences.
